🧠 Desired Skills & Expertise:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE real estate brokerage

• Strong background in selling off-plan and ready properties from developers

• Solid knowledge of UAE property laws, payment plans, and handover procedures

• Familiarity with leading developers: Emaar, Nakheel, DAMAC, Sobha, Meraas, Azizi, etc.

• Ability to explain floor plans, ROI estimates, and project masterplans effectively

• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing capabilities

• Proficient in using CRM systems and managing pipelines

• Confident in working with HNWI clients and investors

• Strong communication in English; Arabic fluency is a plus

• Well-versed with platforms like Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle

• Up-to-date with UAE market trends and regulatory updates
