Your Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients, identify needs, and offer tailored property solutions

• Build and grow your client network through strong relationship management

• Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and property developments

• Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and communication

• Represent OXE GROUP professionally at industry events, exhibitions, and property tours

• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Location: Must be based in Dubai

• Language: Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)

• Experience: Prior sales experience in the UAE (real estate preferred)

• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

• Driven: Target-oriented with a proactive mindset and strong work ethic
