Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.

• Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients.

• Negotiate offers and finalize deals while ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

• Deliver excellent customer service to maintain long-term client relationships.

• Stay informed about the Dubai real estate market, trends, and property regulations.

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet targets and grow the business.

Qualifications:

• Valid Real Estate License (mandatory).

• Prior experience in real estate sales or related fields.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent customer service and client relationship management abilities.

• Knowledge of UAE property laws and regulations.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
