Key Responsibilities:

• Source and manage listings for ready properties in the secondary market.

• List and market properties across major portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.

• Handle buyer and seller inquiries and schedule property viewings.

• Negotiate and close real estate transactions with professionalism and integrity.

• Coordinate with the admin team for Trakheesi permits and listing approvals.

• Stay up to date with Dubai’s property market trends, new developments, and RERA regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dubai’s secondary real estate market.

• Valid RERA Broker ID (BRN) or willingness to obtain one.

• Strong negotiation, sales, and client relationship skills.

• Highly self-motivated, confident, and target-driven personality.

• UAE Driving License preferred.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
