Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads for both property buyers and sellers.

• Conduct property viewings and manage the full transaction process from listing to transfer.

• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and coordinate all related activities.

• Deliver a superior client experience using REMAX tools and professional standards.

• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate (Dubai experience preferred).

• Valid UAE driving license and residency visa.

• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working on a commission-only model.
