About the Job:
Allsopp & Allsopp Group is looking for enthusiastic and professional Real Estate Agents to relocate to Dubai. Agents will specialize in property sales or lettings, working closely with clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process, while adhering to high standards of transparency and client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and compile property information, arranging for marketing materials.

• Stay updated with Dubai’s real estate regulations and market trends.

• Conduct property valuations and viewings.

• Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords.

• Monitor the sales and lettings process alongside in-house support teams.

• Conduct regular follow-up care calls with clients.

• Generate new business leads via company database and personal networking.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Experience in sales is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Excellent networking abilities and positive, hardworking attitude.

• Fluency in an additional language is a plus.

• Valid UK or UAE driver’s license required.

• Must be willing to relocate to Dubai.
