Key Responsibilities:

• Gather information about properties and create marketing material.

• Attend and conduct property valuations and viewings.

• Negotiate between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords.

• Track sales/lettings with support from the Sales Progression team.

• Provide regular client updates and follow-ups.

• Stay informed on market trends and regulations.

• Generate new business via the company database and networking.

• Coordinate with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, and other agencies.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Professional, presentable, and honest with strong networking abilities.

• Positive attitude and willingness to work hard.

• Fluency in a second language is an advantage.

• Must dress in professional business attire.

• Must be punctual, professional, and a team player.

• Valid UK or UAE driving license and own vehicle (hire car or company vehicle can be arranged at your expense).
