Key Responsibilities:

Generate business through proactive outbound calls and lead follow-ups

Conduct property market appraisals and manage listings via the CRM system

Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends in Dubai

Qualify leads and schedule property viewings

Act as a key negotiator between buyers, sellers, and landlords to finalize deals

Maintain accurate records of listings, clients, and interactions

Build lasting relationships through consistent client communication and service
Requirements:

Previous experience in a sales-targeted environment is an advantage

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Energetic, proactive work ethic and strong ambition

Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Presentable appearance in professional business attire

Strong networking and interpersonal skills

Valid driving license
