SquareYards Dubai is seeking motivated Real Estate Agents with experience in Dubai’s offplan property market. The role involves representing clients, managing a property portfolio, advising on investments, and delivering outstanding service while working independently in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.

• Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, trends, and regulations.

• Build and manage a portfolio of properties and clients.

• Advise clients on investment opportunities and negotiate deals.

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Collaborate with the team while working independently to meet targets.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai (mandatory).

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and financially ambitious.

• Knowledge of real estate sales, consulting, and client service.

• Familiarity with Dubai real estate regulations and market dynamics.
