Role Overview:

As an Off-Plan Real Estate Agent, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling off-plan properties to clients and investors. You’ll leverage DRE Homes’ in-house support and market reputation to develop client relationships, close deals, and grow your real estate career in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote, market, and sell off-plan real estate developments

• Conduct property viewings and valuations

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Identify opportunities through the company’s CRM, leads, and networking

• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate laws, market trends, and new projects

• Guide clients through the sales process, from lead to post-sale support

• Collaborate with Sales Progression, Marketing, and Home Move teams

• Maintain professionalism and ensure compliance with RERA guidelines

Requirements:

• Sales experience (real estate preferred, but not mandatory)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• English fluency (additional languages are a plus)

• UAE driving license (preferred)

• Presentable, punctual, and target-driven

• Financially self-sufficient for 6 months

• Must be based in the UAE
