Ninety One Properties is seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join its growing team in Dubai. This role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while providing exceptional service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

List and promote properties for sale or rent across various platforms.

Conduct market research and provide accurate property valuations.

Generate and manage leads via networking, referrals, and property portals.

Guide clients through the full sales or leasing process from inquiry to transaction closing.

Build strong, lasting relationships with landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors.

Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

Coordinate and conduct property viewings, open houses, and virtual tours.

Negotiate offers and contracts in the best interest of clients.

Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and property listings.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging listings and campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
-
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar sales role, preferably in Dubai/UAE.

Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations.

RERA Certification (or willingness to obtain upon joining).

Valid UAE Driving License and access to a personal vehicle.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English; additional languages like Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin, or Hindi are a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

High professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.

Experience using CRM platforms and online property portals (Property Finder, Bayut).
