Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

• Assist in creating, marketing, and promoting property listings.

• Conduct property showings and guide clients through buying or selling processes.

• Negotiate deals and manage the closing process.

• Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

Skills & Requirements

• Willingness to become RERA certified.

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Driving license is a plus.
