Skills & Requirements

• Valid Real Estate License (mandatory).

• Proven experience in real estate or property sales.

• Strong customer service, sales, and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.

• Proficiency in CRM systems or relevant software is a plus.

• Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
