Kensington West Real Estate is seeking motivated Arabic-speaking Off-Plan Real Estate Agents to join their dynamic team in Dubai. The role focuses on connecting clients with off-plan properties in the UAE and delivering exceptional sales service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and follow up on pre-qualified prospects.

• Assist clients in buying off-plan properties in the UAE.

• Provide professional advice, negotiate deals, and manage transactions.

• Represent the company during property roadshows, including international travel.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of off-plan real estate projects in the UAE (preferred but not required).

• Previous experience in real estate or off-plan sales is a plus.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Native Arabic speaker or professionally fluent in Arabic.

• UAE-based candidates only (driver’s license preferred).

• Freshers with passion for the real estate industry are welcome.
