Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties

• Conduct property viewings and client meetings

• Generate new leads through various channels and maintain client relationships

• Negotiate deals and close sales efficiently

• Provide expert advice and market insights to clients

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up with prospects

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Prior sales experience is a must (Real Estate experience is an advantage)

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)

• Energetic, goal-driven, and a strong team player

• Excellent time management and follow-up discipline
