Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an intermediary between buyers, sellers, and tenants

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and developers

• Understand client needs and preferences to suggest suitable properties

• Manage property listings and marketing efforts across platforms

• Conduct property viewings and support the negotiation process

• Assist with documentation and ensure smooth transaction procedures

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 6 months of real estate experience in Dubai (preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team

• Excellent networking and client engagement abilities

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus

• UAE driving license is an advantage
