Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated, client-focused Real Estate Agent to become a part of our energetic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, in-depth knowledge of the UAE property market, and the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through referrals, networking, and digital outreach.

• Conduct property viewings and consult clients on suitable real estate options.

• Facilitate buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties.

• Negotiate and finalize deals in alignment with RERA and UAE property regulations.

• Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.

• Stay informed on market conditions, real estate trends, and pricing updates.

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout all transaction stages.

• Build relationships with property developers, landlords, and property managers.

Candidate Requirements & Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident and persuasive personality with excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Self-motivated with a hunger to learn and grow in a competitive industry.

• Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp market dynamics and regulations.

• Experience in UAE real estate (preferred but not mandatory).
