Saidi Homes is looking for motivated, driven Real Estate Agents to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This role offers commission-based earnings, with a focus on off-plan and secondary sales, property management, and leasing. If you have at least one year of experience in the real estate market and are financially motivated, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with clients (buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants)

• Stay updated on Dubai’s property trends and pricing to advise clients

• Manage and market property listings

• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals

• Seek new leads and expand Saidi Homes’ portfolio

• Ensure compliance with Dubai’s real estate laws and documentation standards

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of proven real estate experience

• Age 21 or older

• Driver’s license (preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Financially driven, motivated, and goal-oriented
