Role Overview:
Join a dynamic and fast-growing real estate firm in Dubai as a Real Estate Agent, specializing in property sales and leasing. You will be responsible for guiding clients through property transactions while delivering outstanding service and expert advice.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify property trends and lucrative investment opportunities.

Build and manage a strong network of real estate professionals, including brokers, lenders, and inspectors.

Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties.

Organize property showings, open houses, and virtual tours, presenting properties effectively.

Advise clients on pricing, negotiation strategies, and legal documentation.

Support clients with mortgage and financing processes.

Ensure legal compliance in documentation and agreements.

Adjust marketing and sales strategies based on market trends and customer insights.

Maintain high standards of customer service to foster repeat business and referrals.

Stay current with real estate laws, market conditions, and sales best practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is advantageous.

2+ years of experience in property sales or leasing preferred (freshers with a passion for real estate are welcome).

Experience in both residential and commercial real estate is a plus.

Fluency in English; multilingual candidates are highly preferred.

Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools, MLS systems, and digital marketing platforms.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
