Job Description:

We are partnering with an award-winning real estate firm in Dubai that is expanding its team. They are seeking dynamic Real Estate Agents, whether experienced in property sales or with strong sales backgrounds looking to enter the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book and conduct property valuations.

• Arrange and present property viewings to prospective buyers, emphasizing features and investment potential.

• Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring win-win outcomes.

• Build and promote your personal brand through social media and networking events.

• Manage and nurture client relationships to maintain a strong customer base.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings.

• Attend client meetings (buyers and sellers) and provide expert guidance.

• Utilize CRM systems to manage leads and document activities.

• Supervise transactions from offer stage through to payment completion.

• Source and list new properties within your assigned area.

• Qualify leads from both buyers and sellers.

• Keep abreast of Dubai real estate market trends and competitor movements.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Commission-based: 50% commission on sales, rising to 70% based on performance.

• Earning potential: £50,000 – £150,000 OTE (tax-free) in the first year; top earners exceed £300,000!

Requirements:

• Passion for property and sales excellence.

• Prior real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Valid driving license.

• Familiarity with Dubai and its key neighborhoods is an advantage.

Salary:
GBP 4,000 to 12,500 per month inclusive of allowances (commission-based earnings).
