Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties.

• Understand client needs and recommend properties that align with their goals.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin preferred) and English.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not mandatory.

• UAE driving license is an advantage.
