We are currently seeking motivated, ambitious, and experienced Real Estate Agents for our Dubai office, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid (remote + in-office) setup. This commission-only role is ideal for driven professionals looking to take their real estate career to an international level.
As a Real Estate Agent at Nevestate, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, closing high-value property deals, and leveraging our global brand and resources to succeed in the dynamic Dubai market.
Key Responsibilities:

Sell and promote residential and investment properties across Dubai and international markets.

Guide clients through every stage of the real estate transaction, providing expert support and tailored service.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline using provided CRM tools and qualified leads.

Conduct viewings, negotiations, and final transactions with professionalism and market insight.

Utilize company-supported marketing tools to attract and retain clients.

Deliver engaging property presentations and effectively communicate value propositions.

Collaborate with in-house legal, tax, and immigration teams to provide holistic solutions to clients.

Requirements:

Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Confident, presentable, and self-driven.
