Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will work with qualified leads, assist clients in finding the right property, and successfully close deals. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for driven sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert qualified client leads into property sales.

  • Provide professional consultation to clients on Dubai real estate investments.

  • Assist clients throughout the entire property buying or selling process.

  • Maintain relationships with clients and developers.

  • Stay updated on the Dubai property market and investment opportunities.

  • Use the company CRM system to manage leads and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and mortgage processes.

  • Excellent negotiation and client communication skills.

  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
