Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Property Sales Consultant to join a dynamic real estate team. This role is ideal for individuals at an early stage of their real estate career who are eager to build market knowledge, develop strong client relationships, and grow through a commission-driven environment.

The successful candidate will actively engage with buyers, sellers, and investors, supporting property viewings, negotiations, and transactions across Dubai’s competitive property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.

• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate market information to prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business.

• Negotiate property deals and support clients through the transaction process.

• Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and available inventory.

• Work extensively in the field to source opportunities and meet clients.

• Ensure professional presentation and high-quality customer service at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate market.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

• Presentation: Well-groomed and professional appearance.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work on-site, attend viewings, and meet clients across locations.

• Skills:

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 3,000 per month (fixed allowance included).

• Attractive commission structure with strong earning potential.

• Employment visa provided by the company after onboarding (candidates may initially join on a visit visa).
