A leading real estate brokerage is seeking a multilingual International Real Estate Consultant to support its growing portfolio in Dubai. This role focuses on assisting European- and Russian-speaking clients in purchasing, selling, and investing in premium properties while delivering a seamless, advisory-led experience.

You will act as a trusted consultant, guiding international investors through the UAE property landscape, identifying high-value opportunities, and managing transactions from initial inquiry through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist international clients with property purchases, sales, and investment strategies.

• Provide expert insights on luxury developments, prime locations, and market trends.

• Guide clients through UAE real estate regulations, including eligibility for residency programs linked to property investment.

• Build strong relationships with overseas buyers using multilingual communication skills.

• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and oversee end-to-end transaction processes.

• Develop targeted marketing initiatives to promote listings to European-speaking audiences.

• Source new listings from developers and the secondary market to expand inventory.

• Collaborate with legal advisors, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution.

• Stay updated on regulatory changes, emerging developments, and investment trends.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian or at least one European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.) with strong English communication skills.

• Solid understanding of Dubai’s real estate landscape, key communities, and property types.

• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and client relationship management abilities.

• Knowledge of UAE property laws, contracts, and investment procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• UAE driving license and access to a vehicle is an advantage.
