Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to work with international clients and specialize in off-plan property sales in Dubai.

This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who are driven by high commissions, professional growth, and the opportunity to build a strong personal brand within a global real estate company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with international clients from various countries and regions.

  • Conduct professional consultations and property presentations.

  • Advise clients on off-plan real estate investment opportunities.

  • Manage negotiations and close property transactions.

  • Support clients throughout the full sales cycle — from inquiry to transfer.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (real estate experience is a strong advantage).

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.

  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and focused on achieving high earnings.

  • Fluent English (B2 level or higher) — mandatory.

  • Additional foreign language(s) highly preferred.
