Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to work with international clients and specialize in off-plan property sales in Dubai.
This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who are driven by high commissions, professional growth, and the opportunity to build a strong personal brand within a global real estate company.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with international clients from various countries and regions.

Conduct professional consultations and property presentations.

Advise clients on off-plan real estate investment opportunities.

Manage negotiations and close property transactions.

Support clients throughout the full sales cycle — from inquiry to transfer.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements

Proven sales experience (real estate experience is a strong advantage).

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Fluent English (B2 level or higher) — mandatory.

Additional foreign language(s) highly preferred.
