Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Experience – 0-1 year in real estate or sales.
✅ Motivation & Learning – Self-motivated and eager to learn.
✅ Time Management – Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
✅ Communication & Negotiation – Excellent persuasion and interpersonal skills.
✅ Industry Knowledge – Understanding of market trends and real estate practices.
✅ Technical Skills – Proficiency in CRM software, real estate portals, and digital marketing tools.
✅ RERA Certification – Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
