Job Title: Real Estate Advisor

Job Description:
John Taylor Dubai is seeking an experienced Real Estate Advisor to join our team, specializing in the sale and lease of prime residential properties. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in Dubai’s real estate market, with a proven track record of advising local and international clients. You will offer exceptional advisory services to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and help them navigate Dubai’s luxury real estate landscape with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients throughout the real estate transaction process, including home marketing strategies and property purchasing.

  • Oversee and negotiate contract terms for sales and purchases, ensuring optimal deals for clients.

  • Provide market insights, educating clients on local real estate trends, pricing, and regulations.

  • Assist sellers and buyers in pricing properties effectively and securing the best deals under favorable terms.

  • Assess clients’ needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable property solutions.

  • Engage in negotiations, advising on market conditions, mortgage options, legal requirements, and ensuring transparent and honest dealings.

  • Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values and determine pricing strategies.

  • Market properties through listings, open houses, and digital platforms to attract potential buyers.

  • Maintain an updated portfolio of available properties and promote sales via various channels.

  • Keep abreast of the latest market trends and best practices to provide superior client service.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate, with expertise in prime residential properties.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.

  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.

  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma preferred.

Skills:

  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate trends, pricing, and regulations.

  • Property Valuation: Ability to accurately assess property values for residential and commercial properties.

  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to secure the best terms for clients during negotiations.

  • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate laws, contracts, and documentation.

  • Marketing Skills: Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and property listing platforms.

  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of mortgages, interest rates, investment returns, and financing options.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Clear and persuasive communication with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

  • Active listening to understand client needs and provide tailored advice.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and industry professionals.

  • Networking capabilities with developers, investors, and other brokers to uncover opportunities.

Organizational & Managerial Skills:

  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple listings and client meetings.

  • Attention to detail to ensure error-free contracts and documentation.

  • Problem-solving ability to overcome deal obstacles and challenges.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience: 1+ year in Dubai real estate.

  • Nationality: All Eastern and Western European countries.

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma.
