Cheval Blanc Real Estate is seeking a Real Estate Administrator to support its growing Dubai-based team. This full-time, office-based role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with proven experience in real estate administration. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting sales agents, managing listings, and coordinating transactions to ensure a seamless and professional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update property listings across portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.)

Prepare essential real estate documentation including Forms A, B, I, MOUs, NOCs, and tenancy contracts

Maintain accurate digital records and upload documents in CRM systems

Coordinate between agents, clients, and developers to ensure smooth transactions
-
Organize physical and digital filing systems for listings and contracts

Handle administrative tasks such as calls, emails, scheduling, and internal coordination
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of real estate admin experience in Dubai

Strong knowledge of Trakheesi, Ejari, and Dubai REST/DLD systems
-
Proficiency in CRM platforms and real estate databases

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools

Familiar with Dubai property portals like Property Finder, Bayut, and DXBinteract
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills
-
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
