Cheval Blanc Real Estate is seeking a Real Estate Administrator to support its growing Dubai-based team. This full-time, office-based role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with proven experience in real estate administration. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting sales agents, managing listings, and coordinating transactions to ensure a seamless and professional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update property listings across portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.)

  • Prepare essential real estate documentation including Forms A, B, I, MOUs, NOCs, and tenancy contracts

  • Maintain accurate digital records and upload documents in CRM systems

  • Coordinate between agents, clients, and developers to ensure smooth transactions

  • Organize physical and digital filing systems for listings and contracts

  • Handle administrative tasks such as calls, emails, scheduling, and internal coordination

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of real estate admin experience in Dubai

  • Strong knowledge of Trakheesi, Ejari, and Dubai REST/DLD systems

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and real estate databases

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools

  • Familiar with Dubai property portals like Property Finder, Bayut, and DXBinteract

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
