Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Credence Consultancy represents a Dubai-based franchisee of a high-end international furniture and interior design brand. Collaborating with renowned designers, the company delivers custom-made collections crafted in Europe and tailored to clients’ unique visions through its Dubai showroom.

Role Overview:
The Real Estate Administrative Assistant will manage tenancy contracts, government documentation, and financial records while providing administrative support to ensure smooth property operations and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Ejari registrations, renewals, and cancellations for company and client properties.

  • Prepare, update, and maintain tenancy contracts and legal documents.

  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, and property management authorities for smooth communications.

  • Coordinate lease renewals, rent increases, and tenant handovers in compliance with regulations.

  • Communicate with government departments (Dubai Land Department, Municipality, DEWA) for real estate documentation and approvals.

  • Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.

  • Prepare property listings, update property details, and maintain marketing records.

  • Record and process daily financial transactions including invoices, rent collections, and payments.

  • Reconcile monthly bank statements and petty cash records.

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Director including scheduling meetings, correspondence, and document preparation.

  • Perform any related duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in administrative or accounting roles, preferably in real estate.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE real estate procedures including Ejari and tenancy management.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (TALLY) and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities.
