Job Title: Real Estate Administration Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a Real Estate Administration Coordinator to manage essential administrative tasks in our real estate operations. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating with authorities, supporting agents, and maintaining up-to-date records for smooth property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all real estate documentation including tenancy contracts, Form A/B, MOUs, title deeds, and NOCs.

Coordinate with Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and developers to process real estate transactions.

Maintain and update property listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.

Track and maintain accurate records of property inventory, contracts, client information, and transaction logs.

Support agents by preparing marketing materials, brochures, and client presentations.

Follow up on tenancy renewals, maintenance requests, and client inquiries.

Manage escrow accounts, payment schedules, and coordinate with finance teams for payments.

Schedule property viewings, inspections, and handovers for clients.

Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and procedural requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate administration in Dubai.

Strong knowledge of DLD, RERA rules, and property documentation procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems (e.g., PropSpace, Salesforce).

Familiarity with real estate platforms like Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high attention to detail.
