OFF PLAN Properties AI is hiring a Real Estate Admin/Receptionist for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring 2–3 years of experience in admin or HR within the UAE real estate sector, along with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. This role is essential to the daily operations of our fast-growing, AI-powered real estate firm, combining administrative support, HR operations, and compliance oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Real Estate Support:

• Manage daily office tasks including handling calls, emails, and property inquiries

• Prepare, review, and organize property documents, contracts, and leases

• Ensure all documentation complies with UAE real estate regulations

• Manage and update listings on platforms like Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder

• Coordinate meetings, property viewings, and appointments with agents, clients, and landlords

• Maintain office supplies and ensure workspace organization

HR & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documents

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes

• Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and internal HR policies

• Assist in payroll coordination, leave tracking, and employee benefits

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Admin or HR within a UAE-based real estate company

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (preferred)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems

• Knowledge of RERA regulations, Trakheesi system, and major property listing portals

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities

• Solid understanding of UAE HR compliance and labor laws
