AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Radioactive Waste Management Specialist to join their Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on managing radioactive waste, including Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (NORM), and developing waste management strategies in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional report writing skills, and the ability to engage effectively with clients, regulators, and colleagues across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for radioactive waste management.

• Prepare high-quality documentation, including technical reports, feasibility studies, and waste management plans.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and internal teams.

• Adapt expertise to novel challenges within a developing radioactive waste management region.

• Travel across the region and work on-site as required.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience in radioactive waste management or NORM management.

• Exceptional report writing and documentation skills.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Ability to work independently and apply expertise to novel situations.
