MH Group of Companies, a rapidly growing multi-divisional organization in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (MEP & Civil) to join their contracting team. This role focuses on managing project costs, preparing BOQs, evaluating subcontractor works, and ensuring cost control throughout all project phases. UAE experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and detailed quantity take-offs for MEP & Civil works.

• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

• Manage cost planning, budgeting, and cost control.

• Prepare interim payment applications, variations, and claims.

• Evaluate and verify subcontractor quotations, contracts, and invoices.

• Conduct site visits for measurement and progress verification.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.

• Support tendering, pricing, and bid submissions.

• Track material usage, wastage, and cost deviations.

• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and regulations.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

• 3–7 years UAE experience in MEP & Civil QS roles (mandatory).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS tools (Candy, Planswift, CostX).

• Strong knowledge of UAE market rates and materials.

• Experience in preparing estimates, valuations, and variation claims.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
