Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support commercial, contractual, and cost management activities on a major infrastructure development in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cost control, contract administration, and reporting, with the ability to work closely with project teams to ensure financial efficiency and compliance across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cost control activities including variations, claims, and payment certifications.

• Prepare and maintain budgets, commercial reports, forecasts, and cost summaries.

• Review contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements and contractual terms.

• Work collaboratively with engineers, consultants, and site teams to track project progress.

• Support procurement processes, tender evaluations, and vendor negotiations.

• Maintain accurate documentation and commercial records for management review.

• Promote cost-effective practices while ensuring adherence to quality and project standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects (mandatory).

• Experience with main contractors or international contracting companies.

• Strong knowledge of cost control, contract administration, variations, and claims.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to join immediately or within short notice.
