ConInnova Limited, a leading technology and consultancy firm specializing in cost management solutions for the construction industry, is expanding its presence in the Middle East and seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join its UAE operations. Headquartered in New Zealand with a strong presence in Australia, ConInnova delivers advanced cost estimation, tendering, and QS automation tools through its flagship SaaS platform, CivCost. Full CivCost training will be provided to the selected candidate.

The Quantity Surveyor will support daily QS tasks, collaborate with internal teams, and actively work within the CivCost ecosystem to ensure accurate project cost management and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Quantity Surveying Tasks

• Perform quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and cost estimation.

• Assist in tender preparation, submissions, and evaluation processes.

• Support project cost monitoring, reporting, and documentation activities.

CivCost Software

• Use CivCost for quantity takeoffs, estimation, and cost control.

• Participate in thorough CivCost training provided by the company.

• Prepare client-ready outputs using the CivCost platform.

Project & Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate data input and QS deliverables.

• Provide QS-related support to clients and team members as needed.

• Maintain high accuracy, attention to detail, and quality in all outputs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

• Experience with QS tasks and construction documentation.

• Familiarity with estimation software is an advantage.

• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Excel.

• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary range: AED 3,000 – 7,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Visa options: Candidates with their own UAE visa are preferred; however, visa sponsorship is available based on qualifications.
