Kantar, the world’s leading data, insights, and consulting company, is seeking a Quantitative Research Manager to join their team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role for a strategic, consultative, and driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
In this role, you will build and manage strategic partnerships with leading global brands, contribute to the development of cutting-edge research programs, and mentor junior team members. You will leverage your expertise in quantitative research to generate powerful insights and drive client success in brand development, communications, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategic partnerships with clients to support their brand strategy and business growth.

Lead quantitative research projects, focusing on brand equity, communications, and emerging research methods such as neuroscience and digital analytics.

Manage client relationships, contribute to proposals and pitches, and position Kantar’s value proposition effectively.

Own the project budget and ensure cost control throughout the research lifecycle.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior researchers to support their development and strengthen the team’s capabilities.
Skills & Experience Required:

Strong background in quantitative research, with a proven track record of managing brand-focused projects.

Strategic, client-oriented mindset with excellent consultative skills.

Experience working with fast-moving sectors and international clients.
