Job Overview:
The fund is seeking experienced Quantitative Portfolio Managers (QPMs) with a proven track record in developing and managing systematic strategies. Ideal candidates will be highly independent, technically strong, and capable of managing capital while maintaining strict risk controls. Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage fully systematic trading strategies

Oversee portfolio construction, execution, and risk management

Collaborate with elite researchers, engineers, and execution teams

Scale strategies using advanced data infrastructure and analytics

Retain full ownership of strategy performance and capital deployment
Candidate Profile:
-
3+ years of experience as a Portfolio Manager or Sub-PM with a live, auditable track record

Proven ability to generate $15M+ annual PnL with Sharpe ratio ≥ 1.5

Deep expertise in one or more markets: Equities, Commodities, FX, Rates, or Macro

Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, C++) and quantitative research expertise

Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and thrives in high-performance environments
