Talent Higher is looking for a Quality Specialist to join a leading company in Dubai. The role will involve ensuring operational excellence and process optimization, implementing quality control processes, and monitoring business processes to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in a quality-related role, with a solid understanding of quality control and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain quality control processes to meet performance standards.

• Utilize client service tools and techniques to enhance customer experience.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement.

• Ensure compliance with quality regulations and industry best practices.

• Monitor and evaluate business processes for continuous improvement.

• Work closely with teams to maintain high service quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4–7 years of experience in a quality-related role.

• Solid experience in quality control and performance standards.

• Background in business setup or Freezone industry is a plus.

• Strong understanding of client service tools and techniques.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, Convolo, and computer literacy.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• At least a secondary school graduate; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Working Hours:

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
