📝 Role Overview:

The Quality Control Section Manager will oversee and manage quality control processes, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, inspecting procedures, and leading a team to maintain and improve product quality. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement and foster collaboration across departments.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control Planning & Organization: Plan and coordinate in-process, final inspection, and testing activities.

  • Corrective Actions & Continuous Improvement: Implement corrective actions and document them to improve processes.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Generate monthly QC reports, maintain records of NCRs, and provide customer inspection feedback.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to ensure successful customer panel inspections.

  • Compliance & Audits: Participate in periodic UL audits and ensure compliance with company standards.

  • HR Proficiency: Lead and cultivate high performers, while addressing low performers.

  • Business Planning & Performance: Convert corporate goals into business plans, monitor performance, and manage budgets.

  • Business Process Improvements: Implement written systems, policies, and automation solutions to optimize efficiency.

  • Health & Safety: Ensure a safe work environment in line with legal and regulatory standards.


📋 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • 6-10 years of experience in quality control and management in a related industry.

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Metrics, Tools, and Techniques.

  • Experience in managing and leading teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

  • Technical/Functional Competencies: Quality control planning, business process improvements, and HR management.
