Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead and enhance the quality assurance processes at our manufacturing facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all rubber belt products comply with company standards, customer specifications, and industry regulations. You will oversee all QC operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage compliance audits, and foster a strong culture of quality throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards for rubber belt production.

• Supervise and coordinate the QC team, ensuring thorough inspections at every production stage.

• Ensure full compliance with customer requirements, ISO 9001 standards, and regulatory frameworks.

• Analyze production data, monitor quality metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Manage non-conformance reports, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and procurement teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Lead internal audits and support external audits conducted by clients or certifying bodies.

• Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, reports, and certification records.

• Train, mentor, and develop the QC team to promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Provide regular quality performance reports and improvement strategies to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related technical field.

• 5–7 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in rubber, polymer, or industrial products.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.

• Familiarity with rubber belt production processes, material testing, and industry-specific standards.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in quality analysis tools and MS Office applications.

• Certifications in Quality Management (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma) are preferred.

• Experience with industry-standard quality methodologies such as SPC, MSA, APQP, PFMEA, and R&R is a plus.

• Must be based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
