Job Purpose:
We are seeking a diligent Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our team, ensuring the production of high-quality rubber belts that meet company standards and customer specifications. You will be responsible for conducting inspections and tests throughout the manufacturing process to maintain product excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform visual, dimensional, and physical inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

Verify product conformity against drawings, specifications, and industry standards.

Conduct routine quality tests such as tensile strength, hardness, adhesion, elongation, and thickness measurement.

Accurately document and report inspection results, deviations, and non-conformities.

Identify, label, and segregate non-conforming products, escalating issues to the QC Manager promptly.

Support in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.

Ensure the calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments and testing equipment.

Monitor production processes to uphold consistent quality standards.

Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization in the inspection and testing areas.
Requirements:

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in quality inspection, ideally within a rubber, polymer, or industrial manufacturing environment.

Solid knowledge of inspection techniques, measuring tools, and testing procedures relevant to rubber products.

Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Strong attention to detail, documentation, and reporting skills.

Experience in rubber belt or conveyor belt manufacturing is a plus.

Training in quality inspection or ISO systems is advantageous.

Must be based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
