Job Overview:

The Quality Assurance & Compliance (QA&C) Lead at UoM Dubai ensures compliance with local and international academic regulations while aligning the institution with global university standards. This role is crucial for maintaining accreditation, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE and international higher education regulations (CAA, KHDA, MoHESR).
✅ Accreditation Management: Oversee accreditation submissions, quality audits, and regulatory communications.
✅ Data-Driven Improvement: Utilize KPIs, student feedback, and quality metrics to optimize academic and administrative operations.
✅ Process Enhancement: Develop and refine QA policies to align with university objectives and improve student experiences.
✅ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with faculty, staff, and regulators to ensure smooth compliance processes.
✅ Training & Development: Educate teams on quality assurance best practices.
✅ Strategic Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on quality metrics and institutional performance.
✅ Representation: Serve as the university’s representative at official events, workshops, and conferences.

Requirements:

✔️ Experience: 2-5 years in quality assurance, compliance, or educational administration at a CAA-accredited institution.
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
✔️ Regulatory Knowledge: Expertise in CAA, MoHESR, KHDA accreditation and compliance frameworks.
✔️ Project Management: Experience in handling accreditation processes, self-study reports, and regulatory site visits.
✔️ Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, assessment methodologies, and reporting.
✔️ Certifications (Preferred): CQA, CQIA, or accreditation training from higher education bodies.
✔️ Communication & Leadership: Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
✔️ Attention to Detail: Ability to manage compliance documents and regulatory requirements with precision.
✔️ Location: Candidates must be based in the UAE.

Salary:

💰 AED 15,000 – 18,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
