Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to lead the campus’s quality assurance and regulatory compliance functions. This is a strategic role supporting institutional alignment with UAE Federal (CAA) and Dubai Emirate (KHDA) accreditation frameworks. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring full regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to the university’s long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with CAA and KHDA regulations, standards, and reporting obligations.

• Lead the planning, execution, and documentation of internal audits, program reviews, and external regulatory visits.

• Develop and maintain institutional quality assurance frameworks and policies aligned with local and international benchmarks.

• Oversee the collection, validation, and reporting of institutional data for compliance and continuous improvement.

• Liaise with UAE regulators and internal stakeholders, representing the university in compliance-related communications.

• Provide guidance and training to staff on quality assurance processes and regulatory expectations.

• Identify areas of improvement and lead initiatives to enhance institutional effectiveness and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Master’s preferred).

• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, accreditation, or compliance within the higher education sector.

• In-depth understanding of UAE higher education regulatory frameworks (CAA and KHDA).

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage complex tasks, and lead cross-functional teams.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
