Interim Behavior Network is seeking a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) for a remote, contract-based role. This position is ideal for both entry-level and experienced professionals who are passionate about providing short-term, impactful behavioral interventions for children with developmental disabilities. The role focuses on conducting assessments, creating behavior intervention plans, and educating parents to ensure sustainable progress at home.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to guide the development of behavior intervention plans.

Design and implement individualized behavior intervention strategies.

Provide education and support to parents to implement ABA strategies effectively at home.

Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children.

Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on ongoing data and observations.
Qualifications:

QBA Certification (Required)

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus.

Fluency in Arabic is required.

Reside in Illinois or able to provide services in the state (if applicable).
