This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in quantity surveying, cost control, and commercial strategy within the UAE construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects
• Lead and mentor a team of quantity surveyors to ensure accurate cost estimation and control
• Manage procurement strategies, tendering processes, and subcontractor negotiations
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and resolve disputes
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align commercial goals with project delivery
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement value engineering initiatives
• Prepare and review final accounts and variation claims

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of UAE-based experience in building construction (high-rise, residential, luxury villas)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction laws, contracts (FIDIC), and cost control systems
