Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QHSE Officer / QA Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with Quality Assurance, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards, while continuously improving operational practices in line with industry best practices, particularly within the manufacturing or cosmetics/pharmaceutical sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all Quality Assurance and Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve QHSE policies and procedures.

• Conduct regular internal audits, risk assessments, and employee training sessions.

• Monitor safety practices across operations and investigate incidents, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

• Coordinate with local authorities for licenses, inspections, certifications, and renewals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience in QA and HSE management, preferably within manufacturing or cosmetics/pharmaceutical industries.

• Strong knowledge of ISO standards including ISO 9001, ISO 22716 (GMP), HACCP, and local EHS regulations.

• Skilled in internal auditing, documentation control, incident investigation, and compliance reporting.

• Industry experience in cosmetics or pharmaceuticals is highly desirable.

• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
