Job Overview

Sembol Inşaat is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated QC Engineer to join its construction team in Dubai. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all construction materials, processes, and workmanship meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

This position is critical to maintaining project excellence and delivering complex developments in line with international and UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control (QC) plans and procedures.

• Conduct regular site inspections and testing of materials, workmanship, and equipment to ensure compliance with approved specifications.

• Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions in a timely manner.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation including inspection reports, material approvals, and quality records.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to uphold quality standards throughout the construction lifecycle.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations, project specifications, and client requirements.

• Participate in internal and external quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System (QMS).

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a QC Engineer within the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, site practices, and quality assurance standards.

• Familiarity with UAE construction codes and regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection procedures.

• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

• ISO 9001 or other quality management certification is an advantage.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality results within project deadlines.
