We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and control for Civil and MEP works in Dubai-based commercial, residential, and retail projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety protocols, contributing to the timely and high-quality delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and maintain QA/QC procedures for all Civil and MEP activities.

• Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Conduct daily site inspections and monitor workmanship and materials to ensure adherence to project requirements.

• Prepare and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, checklists, and quality documentation.

• Identify and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

• Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and consultants on quality-related matters.

• Monitor material deliveries to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.

• Conduct pre-handover inspections, snagging, and finalize quality documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, reports, and related documentation.

• Participate in internal and external audits as required.

• Ensure QA/QC activities comply with HSE standards and regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in QA/QC for Civil, MEP, and fit-out projects.

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, construction materials, and finishing techniques.

• Familiarity with international quality standards such as ISO 9001 is a plus.

• Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and QA/QC software is an advantage.
