We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards across civil, architectural, and interior construction works. The ideal candidate will oversee inspections, documentation, and compliance with project specifications and quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Plans, and Method Statements in line with project requirements
• Ensure all inspections and testing activities comply with approved ITPs and method statements
• Monitor calibration of site equipment and maintain accurate calibration records
• Maintain QA/QC documentation in accordance with the Project Quality Plan
• Conduct and coordinate inspections for civil, architectural, and interior works, including material approvals
• Ensure all site activities meet project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Raise, track, and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and SORs (Site Observation Reports)
• Liaise with consultants and stakeholders to resolve quality issues and ensure timely closure
• Proactively identify quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure all testing is carried out as per approved procedures and standards
• Conduct quality training and awareness sessions for site teams before activity execution
• Prepare monthly QA/QC reports and monitor project quality KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in QA/QC within civil construction projects
• Strong knowledge of civil, architectural, and interior fit-out quality standards
• Familiarity with construction processes, inspection procedures, and material testing
• Proficiency in QA/QC documentation, reporting, and quality management systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of local codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
